Application Shortcut not deleted using Setup Remove All due to renamed.

Cause:

The Shortcut created for the application when Office 95 was originally installed has been renamed by the user. The setup program cannot find the Shortcut because it has been renamed therefore Setup assumes it does not exist.

Solution:

Drag-and-drop the Shortcut from the desktop to the Recycle Bin to delete it.
